Coiled tubing system is a set of portable units used to introduce and withdraw the continuous tubing in a column of natural gas wells in the execution of special operations.
The most common operations performed with the tubing system are: washing the solid deposit of probes, milling, cement and other debris, stimulate productive layers, Nitrogen bump, cementing.
The system is mounted and transported on two trucks, as follows:
Truck #1 (coiled tubing truck) will contain: the chassis, hydraulic power system, the control cabin, coiled tubing reel, drums storage and backup hydraulic hoses (drum injector blowout preventer drum, drum injector control), data acquisition system, blowout preventer.
Truck #2 (crane truck) will include: chassis, crane and plumbing system, coiled tubing injector, cabin staff, stob, lubricator pump glycol, workstation, other independent equipment not covered delivery (coupons, hinges, flanges, etc.).
